As Parents of three children, sport has been a major part of myself and partner Terry's life. All three children played football from an early age and started athletics at the age of nine. Our daughter Rebecca playing football up to U18's coached by Terry who took on the team and won two cup finals. Rebecca also participated in javelin and won medals at county level. Our youngest son Stephen was county champion from the age of eleven, taking gold medals for running on track and cross country. Stephen now an elite athlete has achieved bronze and silver at English Schools, competed for England finishing third and has high hopes for competing for GB in the future. This inspired me to start running and training myself, which has changed my life, making me more motivated in every day activites, increased stamina, strength, endurance, improved relaxation, sleep and in general a much healthier me. As a Ofsted registered childminder for fourteen years, it was time to take my passion for running and training further, if i could do it, so could others. I qualified as a personal trainer.
My achievements so far have been amazing I've had the pleasure of working with a marathon runner who came to me wanting to improve on endurance and speed. To date we have achieved personal best in 5k, 10k, half marathon, and marathon. I've also worked with clients that have weight problems, male and female, giving them nutrition advice, individual training sessions starting at beginner and motivating them to reach their targets with brilliant results, improving endurance, flexibility, strength and taking inches off waist, bust, hip and thighs.
