Hi, my name is Karen, I am a level 4 qualified personal trainer, and Level 3 sports injury therapist working in the Brighton and Hove area.  Fitness and Health should be our main priorities, however, many of us postpone regular exercise and healthy eating to another day.  At KA Fitness Training I can put together a training and nutrition plan that will turn your life around, leaving you feeling good on the inside and looking good on the outside.

Many people know this feeling: It’s hard to motivate oneself for sport activities after a long day of work. That’s where KA Fitness Training comes into play: Whether you are a beginner or wanting to improve your fitness level I can support and motivate you!

I develop an individual training concept for every client. No matter if your goal is weight loss, better fitness, injury rehabilitation or nutrition advice, I can put together a training programme you will enjoy  - together we will reached your goal.
